Orders

1. Can I cancel my order?
While we cannot make any guarantees, if you contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, we will try to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

2.1 I've recieved the wrong item(s).
Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days after the delivery date with the information below:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the incorrect item you received.
  • Add a photo of your incorrect item.
  • If you want to keep the incorrect item, please let us know.

Once we’ve received this information, we will ensure the issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

2.2 I'm missing items from my order.
Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days after the delivery date with the information below.

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the item you should have received.

3. I’ve received a faulty item(s).

If you receive a faulty/damaged item, please contact our Customer Service immediately with the information below.

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the faulty item.
  • A clear photo of the fault along with a description.

* You may be asked to return the incorrect item to us.

1. What payment methods do you support?
You can pay with Ideal, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping and delivery

1. What delivery options do you offer?
We offer delivery with PostNL.

2. What are the delivery costs?
The EU is free of charge. Non-EU shipment costs will be added to your cart before you confirm your order. Outside of the EU we charge €19,95

3. When do we deliver to your home?
Your stunning items will be shipped everyday before 17:00 PM and take approximately 3 till 5 days depening on your location.

4. Customs & Import Fees
All orders from The Women Label are shipped from the Netherlands. Therefore, if you live outside of the Netherlands, you may be subject to additional import fees, depending on your location.

These import fees (Customs Duty) are charged by the local customs authority and are by no means the responsibility of The Women Label. How much you pay depends on your location, local import taxes, the value of the goods and the type of goods.

Returns and refunds

1. What are the return costs?
Unfortunally you pay the costs for returning the item(s), this is because we want you to think about our tiny little planet.

2. How can I return my item(s)?
Step 1: If you want to return your item, please contact our Customer Service immediately with the information below.

  • Mail to: info@thewomenlabel.com
  • Your order number and name.
  • The name of the item(s) you want to return.

Step 2: Re-use the pink bag we sent it in, and go to your nearest postal office. Depending on the package size and location, costs might vary.

3. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
It will take up to 14 working days after we've recieved the retruned items.

1. I’m in between sizes, what should I do?
If you are in between sizes, we recommend to size up.
